Mouldy mould

This week we read a story about Alexander Flemming. He was a researcher and in 1928 he discovered Penicillin after he noticed mould growing in a petri dish. We wondered what might grow on bread if we left it long enough. We had 3 slices and put one in a bag without touching it (our control slice), we all touched a slice with dirty hands and finally we all touched a slice with clean hands. We are going to watch carefully over the next few days and weeks. We will keep you posted as to what things grow from the germs on our hands....
